Can you upload an auction brochure or should I just link to my website?
We spoke about this in email a while back, but I wanted to post here for future inquiries: For now, our auction submission doesn’t support PDF uploads, but we’re looking into adding this feature in the future. For now, auctioneers should link to PDFs in their listings manually. We’ll post news updates as we work on this.
Hello Travis, Having difficulties getting the photos and captions to process today, Saturday. Nothing seems to work! The screen says photos processing and then just sits there, forever, or at least a minumum of 25 minutes and then I close it out. I have listed (4) auctions but they do no show on my profile page of upcoming auctions …. and when I do a search for items in the auction …. they do not appear. I am not sure whether they are truly listed or not …. they show up in “my auctions” … but not in my upcoming auctions ?????
Good morning! When auctioneers first sign up, we manually approve the first auction to guard against spam. I just approved yours and all of your auctions will automatically appear on the site in the future. Welcome to the site!

What size do you use for your photo viewer because all my photos seem to be cropped. I use the same sizing for all my other listings but yours must be different, please advise
I just sent you an email, but for folks with similar questions I’d like to repeat it here as well: “We accept all image sizes as long as the filesize is smaller than 4MB. We crop them so that they fit our layout, but clicking them will show you the uncropped version. (In addition, clicking the uncropped version will display a much larger version.)”
