Brent Semple, CAI the CEO, attended Kent State University and Wilmington College majoring in Psychology. Brent has served as director of the Ohio Auctioneers Association. Brent earned the CAI (Certified Auctioneers Institute) designation in 1990. Brent has served as a seminar instructor for the National Auctioneers Association, the Ohio Auctioneers Association and the Auction Marketing Institute. Brent entered the auction industry in 1962 with his father C. Garth Semple, founder of the company.

Mark Euton, Auctioneer, graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 1977 after obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in marketing. In 1978, he aquired a second Baccalaureate degree majoring in Real Estate. Immediately after leaving Eastern, Mark became a licensed real estate agent in the state of Ohio and Kentucky. In 1985, Mark graduated from Missouri Auction School and became a licensed Auctioneer. Since 1985, he has conducted hundreds of auctions consisting of a wide variety of real and personal property. Mark is a member of the Ohio, Kentucky and National Auctioneer’s Associations and the Ohio and National Realtors’ Associations.

Greg Breitfelder, Auctioneer, graduated from The Ohio School of Auctioneering in 2007, Hondros College 2007 and Morehead State University with a Bachelors degree in Industrial Technology in 1994. Having spent most of his working life in manufacturing as an engineer, he found great enjoyment working with customers and being involved with constant negotiating. After making a decision to leave the manufacturing trade, Greg started a new company and started his journey to becoming an Auctioneer and Realtor. Having the ability to sell real estate and commercial equipment has been a goal for Greg since he began his professional career, so it was natural that he would choose to associate with Semple & Associates Inc., one of the oldest and most prestigious locally owned auction companies in Cincinnati. Now with the ability to auction both commercial and real property, Greg and Semple & Associates can offer another marketing method for selling effectively and efficiently. Greg resides in Mt Washington (eastern Cincinnati) along with his wife Heather and son Hayden. Greg is a member of the Mount Washington Community Council, Ohio Association of Realtors, Ohio Auctioneers Association and National Auctioneers Association.
